Paneer Peas Masala

Ingredients:
Peas -1 cup (i’ve used frozen peas, thawed)
Paneer- 100 gms(cut into cubes)
Butter – 2 tbsp
Coconut -1/2 cup
Onion – 1 small
Red chilli- 1 or 2 pieces
Tomato and onion,few coriander leaves mix- grinded with traces of chilli powder
Sombu (Fennel) a pinch
Powders:
Salt(to taste), Chilli Powder(as you wish), Turmeric powder-1 tsp.
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Method:
Thaw the peas and keep it aside.
Fry paneer cubes in butter and keep it aside
grind coconut, redchilli,salt(a pinch), Sombu(Fennel) a pinch and fry the paste in a deep frying pan or kadai till it gives flavor.
To this add the tomato onion paste and fry till raw smell goes.
Now add the thawed peas and cook for 5 minutes. then add fried paneer cubes. Add salt, pinch of Garam masala and cover cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Now your paneer peas masala is ready!!!
